The history of GROUPE RAGNI begins with the parent company, Ragni, founded in 1927 and based in the Alpes-Maritimes region of France. The family business is specialized in the design and manufacture of high-quality grid public lighting products. Over the years, the company has become renowned for its unique creations, offering luminaires that can be custom-made to reflect the image of its customers. Its ancestral know-how and strong commitment to sustainable development have earned it a place in BPI France’s (the bank for French entrepreneurs) Club des Excellences, recognizing the company as a French industrial gem.

In 2015, Ragni joined forces with Novéa Énergies, a pioneer in France and Europe in autonomous solar lighting since 2007. The company, based in the Maine-et-Loire department, stands out for its expertise in energy and electronic management, and develops high-performance technologies that offer the longest lifespan available on the market. In 2022, a third entity joined the Group, SEVⓔ,a company dedicated to providing environmental solutions dedicated to territories wishing to connect their infrastructures such as water, mobility, environment, energy and public buildings. With its three brands, the GROUPE RAGNI now offers a differential, innovative and turnkey range of products to support territories in their energy and ecological transition.
